Here is everything you need to know about our upcoming dog walking groups and the criteria required to join.

To qualify for our dog walking groups you will need to demonstrate you and your dog meet our requirements, here is the list below please make sure you can say one of these apply before booking.

  • You have been a client of Salisbury Dog Trainers in the past
  • You have been working with a trainer (any) to change your dogs outdoor behaviour.
  • You can already manage your dogs reactivity issues. (Does not have to be perfect)
  • You wish to practice with your already trained dog, in a controlled environment under the watchful eye of an expert.

Our group walks are in no means a replacement for one to one training. If you need help, dealing with your dogs outdoor behaviour you must first work with a behaviourist to get you on the right path. The walks are specifically for those that have the tools to deal with the behaviour but just need practice and support.

Join our International dog behaviour expert Jenni Molland, who for a limited time will be holding fortnightly dog walking groups. These walks are designed to help owners with practicing their training methods. Working with like minded people, who have had similar dog behaviour problems, helps to make this experience more comfortable for owners and dogs. This is the time we can truly nail our methods, taking things up to the next level. Below is a video of an aftercare class Jenni runs for her clients. All of these dogs except two have finished training with Jenni. All of these dogs had issues with other dogs, ranging from mild to severe cases. However this is just one element of the dog walking groups, there is plenty more to learn from Jenni including walking to heel, distraction techniques and loads more.

Jenni will be there to support and guide you with your training. On hand to help tweak your training methods. Advice on lead set up and of course how to talk to your dog correctly.
