If you are need of a chat with a dog expert then look no further. There are lots of situations where online video-calls are the perfect training option. Our ‘Ask an expert’ video call dog training can be a quick and affordable way to get expert dog training advice and tips.
Our behaviourist Jenni has used remote training for many years. Her International clients really love this service as it saves them the cost of hiring Jenni for a one to one.
We include a video call as per all our training packages, so you can start here and then upgrade if you wish.

What to expect from our video call dog training.
Our video-call dog training is a fully remote online video-call that you can take from the comfort of your own home or wherever you normally walk your dog. This service is a great way to get in-touch and ‘ask an expert’ without needing the full one-to-one service, but it is also the perfect starting point and you can always upgrade to a full training package from here if you like.
Your call will be arranged and booked with our client manager Dan. He will take the fee from you in advance and send you all the relevant details.
Jenni has helped owners all over the world with this service, all it takes is for the owners to be switched on and ready to tackle the problems based on Jenni’s suggestions.
It is always an idea to have a pen a paper with you and if possible record your call with Jenni. This can be really beneficial as it gives you a written guide to refer to.
A few weeks after the call Jenni will check in with you to see if you have made good progress. An option to upgrade to a full training package is also available for up to 8 weeks from your video call.

Do we have to pay in advance?
Yes it is £65 for the call and this will need to be paid 48 hours from booking or within a week of your call
What is your service area?
This is a fully-remote online video-call. You can speak with our dog training expert from anywhere in the world. Just book in advance to make sure that we can arrange a suitable time for you both.
I’m at work during the day, do you offer evening or weekend training sessions?
We work hard to find an appointment that works for you. Our weekend and evening appointments are limited and we currently run our last session from 18.30
I live a long distance away, but want expert training
If you live outside of our normal area of operations, but wish to work with one of the UK’s top dog training experts, then this can be the perfect service for you, especially if you’re considering our out-of-area training services.
